True or False? Enterprise-sized businesses are more likely to adopt VoIP in the call center than small-to-medium sized businesses.
According to news on SearchCRM.com, analysts at the Yankee Group surveyed roughly 1,000 call center managers in 2005 to learn about VoIP implementations. The survey found that the SMB market was adopting VoIP at a rapid pace.
"The small and midsized business (SMB) market has seen the most widespread adoption, but larger centers are also finding a use for VoIP in distributed contact centers."
