Just in time for the holidays, DoubleClick Inc. announced today enhancements to DoubleClick Ensemble, its campaign management software.
The New York company has added features such as predictive segmentation, a dialog manager, integration with DARTmail, weblog data aggregation and multiple application server support.
DoubleClick Ensemble 6.5 is designed specifically for multi-channel marketers. The predictive segmentation will allow marketers to directly identify the best prospects, the best performing offers and optimal campaign segments. Easily built models can predict marketing issues in hours instead of days, according to the company.
The dialog manager enables real-time, event-triggered marketing across channels such as Web sites, kiosks, ATMs and wireless devices. It provides reporting and real-time offer arbitration and ensures the optimal offers consistently across channels, the company said.
Ensemble 6.5 is also now fully integrated with DoubleClick's DARTmail e-mail service to streamline workflow and more effectively execute e-mail campaigns.
