Boston-based Xchange Inc. has announced Xchange 8. The new platform is easier to use, has improved integration of marketing analytics with inbound and outbound customer functions, includes expanded platform support and features real-time coordination of customer touch points.


IMarket offers new B2B data elements

Orlando-based iMarket Inc., a Dun & Bradstreet company and a provider of business-to-business sales and marketing data and analysis tools, has announced the availability of new specialty data elements. Some of these elements include corporate linkage, marketing risk screen and telecom projections.


KHJ introduces new CRM consulting group

Boston-based Kelley Habib John Integrated Marketing (KHJ) has announced Tom Manning has been named executive vice president, managing director of the firm's new CRM Consulting Group. The new practice area will provide integrated services that companies find necessary for enhanced business performance.


Domania joins with Epsilon on customer retention tool

Domania Inc., based in Boston, and Burlington, Mass.-based Epsilon have announced an analytics-based marketing initiative that will result in a new version of Portfolio Protect, Domania's customer retention tool for the mortgage industry. To help Domania enhance its financial services marketing tool, Epsilon will provide analytic and data mining services and apply its knowledge gained from designing, building and managing marketing software for the financial services industry.
