Ntrant e-CRM product launched

Toronto-based Nebular Vision Research and Development Inc. has released its Ntrant electronic Customer Relationship Manager. Nebular said Ntrant eCRM offers real-time data access, access through a variety of thin clients and platform independence. Also, Ntrant eCRM's database structure enables many-to-many relationships, Nebular said.

Blue Martini completes e-CRM benchmark

Burlington, Mass.-based RadView Software Ltd. and San Mateo, Calif.-based Blue Martini Software announced the completion of their recent e-CRM benchmark using a customer Web site. In the benchmark, the Blue Martini eCRM application suite maintained sub-second response time -- from page request to complete page load -- while scaling up to 47,000 concurrent users and sub-two second response time with user loads exceeding these levels, the company said. The performance benchmark tested a retail customer site built on the Blue Martini application suite.

Arcplan opens office in Dallas

Wayne, Pa.-based arcplan Inc., a provider of analytic reporting and business intelligence software, has opened a sales office in Dallas. CEO Roland Hoelscher said the office was established to serve prospective customers in the energy and chemical industries.

Cessna division chooses StayinFront for CRM

Fairfield, N.J.-based StayinFront Inc. said Cessna Single Engine, a division of Cessna Aircraft Co., has selected StayinFront's Visual Elk and Panorama CRM software. StayinFront's integrated Visual Elk and Panorama products will enable Cessna Single Engine to identify and qualify opportunities, track channel relationships, as well as provide analytical reporting on their marketing efforts.

Bank reports 528% ROI from CRM program

King of Prussia, Pa.-based Sedona Corp. said The Savings Bank of the Finger Lakes in New York has reported 528% return on investment from its use of Sedona's Intarsia CRM software. The Savings Bank of the Finger Lakes, a $350 million community savings bank with seven offices throughout the Finger Lakes region of New York, has been using the Intarsia system for less than a year and has completed several marketing campaigns, including a direct mail campaign for the bank's home equity loan program.

Fastlink chooses SLP InfoWare's predictive CRM software

Paris-based SLP InfoWare, announced that Fastlink, a member of Egypt's Orascom Telecom Group, has selected and implemented SLP InfoWare's predictive customer relationship management (P-CRM) software to bolster customer loyalty, minimize churn in its prepaid and postpaid subscriber base and to increase revenues from optimized marketing campaigns. Fastlink implemented SLP InfoWare's P-CRM software and integrated it into the Oracle 8i database infrastructure. Compaq provided the hardware for the implementation.
