Milwaukee-based NuEdge Systems has introduced NuEdge University, a multi-channel training program that lets customers create education initiatives to hasten ROI. NuEdge University combines live instruction with interactive Web meetings and also provides ongoing and advanced instruction. Courses are available on site or via NuEdge Online Live.
Millennium Care launches I-Care Version 3.0
Toronto-based Millennium Care Inc. has announced the launch of Incident Care Version 3.0 (I-Care 3.0). I-Care is Millennium Care's Web-enabled service chain automation software. The I-Care platform automates the selection, assignment, escalation and management of problems, reducing the live technical support effort required to solve problems.
iemagine launches four new CRM tools in its iemprove Webware Suite
Chicago-based iemagine has announced four new CRM applications in its iemprove Webware Suite, for a total of eight CRM tools. They can be deployed in 15 languages. The new tools include iemprove Support, iemprove Service Calls, iemprove Contact Management and iemprove Private Surveys.
eHelp begins shipping RoboHelp Enterprise
San Diego-based eHelp Corp. has begun shipping RoboHelp Enterprise 1.0, a server-powered help software program for developers, help authors and technical writers. It provides development teams direct feedback about end users' questions and problems. The software also includes reporting, project merging and natural language search. It integrates with HTML editors, including FrontPage, Dreamweaver and HomeSite.
SAS, MarketTools announce alliance to enrich CRM marketing intelligence
Cary, N.C.-based SAS Institute and Mill Valley, Calif.-based MarketTools Inc. have announced a joint technology and business alliance. Under the terms of the agreement, SAS and MarketTools will conduct sales and marketing activities to provide CRM software to targeted industries, including consumer packaged goods and retail. The technology alliance enables SAS users to use MarketTools' zTelligence survey data for CRM programs.
