NetIQ introduces data conduit for Siebel e-business applications

NetIQ Corp., headquartered in San Jose, Calif., has received validation from San Mateo, Calif.-based Siebel Systems Inc. for their WebTrends Data Conduit for Siebel eBusiness Applications. This tool is used with the Siebel Call Center. It helps companies ensure technical excellence and reliability of the data integration between the CommerceTrends Visitor Relationship Management (VRM) Platform and Siebel Call Center. The WebTrends Data Conduit for Siebel eBusiness Applications is the first integration of web visitor data to earn Siebel Validation.



Call Center Depot and BenchmarkPortal.com offer free call center diagnostic

Greensboro, N.C.-based CallCenterDepot.com Inc. has announced the availability of a free call center diagnostic on its Web site. The company teamed up with Burnaby, B.C.-based BenchmarkPortal.com for this offering. Verified, correct information will result in a report being delivered in less than 3-5 business days. The diagnostic collects thirteen key performance indicators from a center and compares the information to the almost 5000 call centers that currently have performance information in the BenchmarkPortal.com database.

Oracle and Dendrite partner to provide CRM software for pharmaceuticals

Redwood Shores, Calif.-based Oracle Corp and Morristown, N.J.-based Dendrite International Inc. have announced an agreement to market integrated CRM software for the pharmaceutical industry. Under the terms of the agreement, Oracle and Dendrite will integrate Oracle's E-Business Suite and Dendrite's WebForce Sales Force Effectiveness application. The integration of the Oracle E-Business Suite with Dendrite's WebForce application will enable pharmaceutical companies to optimize their sales and marketing ROI by providing integration between marketing, sales and customer service activities through all the complex pharmaceutical touch-points of patient, doctor and pharmacy via the web, phone, field sales and email.



MindArrow Systems completes acquisition of Control Commerce

Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based MindArrow Systems Inc. has completed the acquisition of Control Commerce Inc., a New York-based technology company that has developed e-commerce and customer acquisition software. The e-commerce transaction system developed by Control Commerce will be integrated into the MindArrow Messenger product suite under the name MindArrow Merchant. The Merchant technology allows companies to provide customers with the ability to complete an e-commerce transaction without leaving the e-mail message or advertisement they are viewing.
