Onyx Software, Avanade partner for CRM on Microsoft .NET

Bellevue, Wash.-based Onyx Software Corp. and Seattle-based Avanade Inc., a joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture, have formed an alliance to deliver Onyx?s CRM software on the Microsoft .NET Enterprise Server. The two companies intend to assist customers in multinational, multilanguage CRM system rollouts and provide integration of Onyx's CRM software with third-party applications via Microsoft's BizTalk Server, as well as enable wireless access to Onyx CRM.



Point Information Systems unveils software for retail banks

Wellesley, Mass.-based Point Information Systems Inc. has unveiled e-point Financial Services, CRM software designed specifically for banks. e-point Financial Services has built-in cross-selling and up-selling capabilities that queue agents to pitch complementary products. The software also helps limit customer attrition by predicting possible desertions.

BroadVision and SAS announce global e-business alliance

Cary, N.C.-based SAS Institute and Redwood City, Calif.-based BroadVision have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Under the terms of the agreement, BroadVision's e-business applications will be integrated with SAS' analytical CRM and data warehousing software. The combined offering features a closed-loop system to allow BroadVision software to more effectively "learn" from every customer interaction, and share that learning with other customer touchpoints.



Blue Martini Software to deliver multilingual eCRM suite

Maidenhead, England-based Blue Martini Software Inc. has released the Blue Martini 4 external CRM application suite in German, French, Spanish and Japanese, with double-byte character-set support. The software enables companies to understand, target and interact with their customers and business partners in their native languages and currencies.
