Avaya and SpeechWorks team for speech recognition on Conversant system

SpeechWorks International, Inc. has entered into a reseller and distribution agreement with Lucent Technologies Inc. spin-off Avaya. Under the terms of the agreement, Avaya will now offer SpeechWorks 6.5 speech recognition software integrated with its Conversant System for Interactive Voice Response and its Voice@Work service creation software tool.
