ICT Group launches new database marketing services business unit

CRM services provider ICT Group, Inc. has launched ICT Database Marketing Services, a new business unit that will provide data mining, data segmentation and data warehousing services. The new service offering from ICT is designed to increase sales conversion and customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty rates, while decreasing costs and optimizing additional cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for clients. This is the fourth business unit to be added to ICT's marketing services division.

Adigida Solutions announces new Internet-based software

Adigida Solutions, specializing in application service provider (ASP) software for professional services industries, announced its new Internet software initiatives for real estate professionals � and its new name, from Sunny Ridge Development to Adigida Solutions. The software, the Adigida e.Centre, will consist of a CRM module, an interactive portal and communications module and a back-office financial module targeted at small and mid-tier real estate brokerages. and F.W. Construction industry Web site and construction data source F.W. Dodge have launched eProject Lead Manager, an online, Web-based sales force automation and CRM tool for building manufacturers, suppliers and distributors. EProject Lead Manager enables real-time communication for tracking, organizing and managing sales leads and construction project information.

SAIC announces Crisp 6.0 profitability management system for commercial bankers

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) has announced that their Broadway & Seymour Group's Crisp 6.0 corporate banking software is available. Crisp is a wholesale banking package that can be deployed as part of a corporate-wide CRM strategy. It is compatible with TouchPoint, also a product of the Broadway & Seymour Group, which allows banks to share data across the enterprise.

Siemens acquires Trango for eCRM products

Siemens Information and Communication Networks Group (ICN), a provider of software and services for enterprise-wide communication, has acquired Trango Software Corporation, a developer of eCRM products. Trango brings Siemens development experience in Internet protocol (IP) based, multi-channel contact center software, in addition to advanced media routing and reporting. Siemens hopes to improve its position in the eCRM market by enhancing its HiPath ProCenter Suite.

Web Associates and Mindability form alliance to enhance the customer experience

Customer support software provider Web Associates, Inc. has announced a strategic alliance with Mindability, an eCRM company that helps online enterprises build customer relationships. The partnership will integrate Mindability's ActiveDialog Solution Set with Web Associates' complete customer support solution. Web Associates' Customer Support Solution utilizes CRM, and Mindability offers software to get past clickstream and data mining analysis so that companies can better know their customers. The agreement allows Web Associates and Mindability to co-sell each other's service offerings to clients of both parties.
