Users Choice Awards presented to CRM product/service vendors

Sales automation, contact management and business automation software provider Telemagic has been honored in the second annual Users Choice Awards. Telemagic was named a "Gold Best in Class" winner, in the contact management solutions category. The event, sponsored by Customer Support Management magazine and RealMarket, is the only awards program in which customer relationship management (CRM) products are judged by the end user. There were more than 168 product entries in a total of 34 categories, including: Call Center Communications/CTI; Hosted Customer Management Application Services (ASP); Customer Interaction Management Solutions - Mid-Market, and Customer Satisfaction Measurement Solutions.

Authorete from the Haley Enterprise automates CRM using speech recognition

The Haley Enterprise has released Authorete, software that allows sales and service representatives to dictate how they solve problems, answer questions, qualify prospects and close sales, using everyday speech. The software automatically generates the rules that implement the managed knowledge and executes them within decision support systems and personalized Web sites. Changing rules is also easy � employees can create and update them by typing or dictating instructions.

Asera to integrate E.piphany CRM capabilities into the Asera eService

Asera, Inc., a provider of adaptive e-business solutions, has announced an agreement to integrate E.piphany's CRM capabilities into their Asera eService and become a premier member of E.piphany's channel program. The Asera eService will gain analytical and operational CRM, delivering integrated, personalized marketing, sales and service applications to enterprises. The end result will be a service that completely integrates content, community, commerce and eCRM capabilities.

Hypercosm Announces a 3D Server License Structure for Web-Based CRM Solutions

Hypercosm, Inc. announced a server license structure for their 3D products that will bring Web-based CRM solutions into the visual realm. Hypercosm's technology provides compact transmission of interactive 3D graphics to enhance the user's customer service experience. Based on Object Oriented Modeling Animation and Rendering (OMAR), Hypercosm offers a server package containing its Commerce Server, e-Business Server and Enterprise server, with the option of interstitial messaging, reporting capabilities and support options.

Chordiant introduces unified CRM infrastructure and knowledge management system

Chordiant Software, Inc. has announced the release of Chordiant Knowledge System v2.0, Chordiant Automated Response and Chordiant Assisted Response. Combining Chordiant Knowledge System with the existing Choridant Unified CRM Solution allows companies to provide customized responses to inquiries. Chordiant's integrated approach also means that responses to individuals are consistent.

ON!contact Software launches Web-based CRM software for mid-sized companies

ON!contact Software Corporation, a developer of CRM software for mid-sized companies, has announced its eCMS software, a Web-based CRM suite. Comprised of EmployeeNet, ClientNet and PartnerNet, eCMS supplies an audience-specific view of information and streamlines communication between a company and its employees, customers and partners.
