A newly updated cloud-based application that includes sales, customer service, marketing analytics and reporting tools is now available from Infor.
The vendor has announced the launch of Infor CloudSuite CRM, which is part of its Customer Experience Suite. The product will allow companies to manage the full customer lifecycle in a single environment by creating customer profiles through internal and external sources. Infor claimed this will help companies capitalize on future sales opportunities and deliver better services.
Features of CloudSuite CRM include account management, leads and opportunities, and quotes and sales orders. There are also sales management tools, analytics and alerts that Infor said will help provide accurate forecasting, data-based decision-making, and team and territory management.
CloudSuite CRM can also integrate with marketing automation, Infor OS, email and Google Maps. It is built on Infor's framework, Mongoose. Infor did not disclose pricing information, claiming they do not release that publicly.
Infor's CloudSuite competes in the CRM market with the likes of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Earlier this month, Microsoft released an update to its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Nonprofit Accelerator, a CRM platform specifically designed for nonprofits.
