"[Customization] tends to be an area where on-demand can be really limiting," said Rebecca Wettemann, vice president with Wellesley, Mass.-based Nucleus Research. "It's pretty feature-rich, intuitive CRM. This is a pretty good step in terms of usability as well."
User adoption remains a key factor in successful deployments of CRM, according to industry analysts.

Siebel CRM On Demand is available now and starts at $70 per user per month.
