Following a rash of outages with its software service the hosted CRM vendor has launched a site to keep customer informed of its system performance.

In the wake of a series of outages of its software service, today launched a new Web site to alert customers to problems with its system.

The site,, displays the system status for the four regions covered by the company with a green, yellow or red light indicating if the instance is available, suffering performance issues or a service disruption. The site also displays a history of performance dating back two weeks.

For example, the button under the North American region is displayed as red for February 9. With a click, users can learn that a server failed that day for about an hour and 20 minutes.
