If you mean multiple levels as in a hierarchy within an organization, that would be a pretty simple one-to-many organization dimension. It would probably be a self-referencing structure where everybody, except the CEO, would have a reference to their boss.
If you're actually tracking organizations, not individuals within an organization, the same concepts would apply except the hierarchy would be determined by parent company relationships. There are many third-party data providers who manage and make available this information.
