Most important thing in creating customer loyalty

What's the single most important thing I can do to create customer loyalty with my existing customers?

It's fairly simple. Companies have to identify how their customers define value, especially value that strategically, and positively, differentiates one supplier from another. Once identified, companies have to develop programs and processes to optimize delivery of that value. Creation of value extends to both attractive prospects and customers that have been lost.
