What call center software manages a telemarketing operation best? So many are inbound/service based that I am finding it difficult to nail down one that will be efficient in a dialing-for-dollars environment.
There is no one best software package. I suggest you find three to five companies that have a specialty in telemarketing - there are many resources on the web that should help you find vendors that offer these capabilities (see our web site for a list of resources). Next, document your requirements, and have the vendors provide proposals. After evaluating those responses, narrow the list to two to three and bring them in for presentations. That process should help you find the best solution to meet your needs.
